About the Role
As an Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging play-based experiences and positive relationships with families and colleagues.
What You Will Be Doing
Building warm, responsive, and respectful relationships with children and families
Planning and implementing engaging learning experiences that support children's development
Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Observing, documenting, and reflecting on children's learning and progress
Working collaboratively with a supportive team of educators and leaders
Promoting children's wellbeing, confidence, and sense of belonging
Supporting daily routines and ensuring high standards of care and supervision
Upholding childcare policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
What We Are Looking For




A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
Certificate III, Diploma, or working towards a relevant Early Childhood qualification
Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, reliable, and skilled approach
Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
