Who we're looking for?
Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts PayableEnvironment.
Proven experience with high-volume invoice processing.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy andattention to detail.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to manage highvolumes of data accuracy and efficiently.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with theability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability toidentify issues and deliver timely solutions.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to workeffectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience with MRI or similar finance systems isadvantageous.
The Role
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join ourShared Services team on a 12-month maximum-term contract.
Reporting to the TeamLeader, Accounts Payable, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate andtimely processing of high-volume invoices while providing support to internalstakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Process and verify invoices in accordance with AccountsPayable procedures.
Process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately andwithin agreed timeframes.
Match,



verify and code invoices in accordance with companypolicies.
Respond to and assist with Accounts Payable inbox enquiries.
Ensure transactions are completed accurately, efficientlyand within agreed service levels.
Maintain compliance with Knight Frank policies, proceduresand legislative requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and support ad hoc duties asrequired by the Team Leader.
