Resthaven Incorporated is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Relieving Care Coordinator team as a Care Coordinator (relieving) on a permanent full time basis.
You will cover Annual/Personal leave and support site teams across metropolitan and regional residential aged care homes.
A driver's licence and a salary-packaged vehicle are provided.
You will work with the Manager Residential Services to deliver high quality clinical care, develop resident-centred care plans, and lead
