The role functions as the primary on‐site HR resource during assigned off‐shift hours, handling employee relations, HR administration, and policy guidance with strict confidentiality.
The candidate should have 2+ years HR experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Manufacturing experience and a relevant degree are preferred.
