Coles Supermarkets Yeppoon is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a large team and drive the store's performance.
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, delivering the store retail plan, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will coach 100+ team members, maintain visual merchandising standards, uphold safety and compliance, and foster a one-team culture that puts customers first.
