You'll oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure superb customer service, and deliver the store retail plan with a focus on safety, merchandising and compliance.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll energise the team, coach 100+ staff, and uphold Coles' standards while creating a welcoming shopping experience for the communities we serve.
