About the Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced Bartenders well-versed in classic cocktails, spirits and wine knowledge.
Waiting experience advantageous.
Full availability and able to work 38 hrs is a must.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced setting
Must have in depth cocktail and spirit knowledge
Extensive wine knowledge advantageous
Drive for beverage service




Passion for delivering outstanding service
Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
Outgoing personality
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent presentation and grooming
Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
Must have RSA certificate
