Our client operating at the Jellinbah mine is seeking an experienced Maintenance Administration Officer to join their Maintenance & Engineering team.
This is an excellent prospect for an organised administrator to provide key support to maintenance operations through effective coordination, accurate documentation and stakeholder communication.
About the Role
The Maintenance Administration Officer will provide administrative and coordination support to the Maintenance Department.
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent you will assist with compliance requirements, maintenance records, scheduling, reporting and daily operational activities.
Working closely with planners, supervisors, tradespeople, contractors and internal stakeholders, you will play an important role in keeping maintenance processes organised and efficient.
Your Responsibilities
Provide administration support to the Maintenance & Engineering team
Maintain maintenance records, documentation and reporting systems
Support work order processing and CMMS data entry
Coordinate training, competency and compliance records
Assist with meetings, reporting and stakeholder communication
Maintain registers for equipment, tools, parts and consumables
Support payroll, procurement and general administration activities
About You
Previous experience in maintenance administration, mining administration or heavy industry
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) highly regarded
Qualifications & Requirements
Current Coal Board Medical (CMSHR1 Health Assessment)
Standard 11 Surface Induction
Current Queensland Driver's Licence
Ability to meet site medical and drug & alcohol requirements
