McAuley Community Services for Women in Footscray is seeking a Team Leader to guide a multidisciplinary team delivering trauma-informed support for women and children experiencing homelessness and trauma.
The role includes risk management, safety planning and coordinated support across services.
You will champion culturally protected practice, mentor staff, and contribute to program development while traveling across McAuley sites in Western Melbourne and Ballarat.
