Employment type – Ongoing, Full- time
Salary – $108,****** pa plus superannuation and leave loading

What you'll do

As a Senior Trade Overseer, you'll combine your trade skills with leadership, mentoring inmates and staff while overseeing essential maintenance activities that keep the correctional centre operating safely and efficiently.
This is more than a trade role.
You'll have the opportunity to shape lives by coaching and developing inmates, helping them build practical skills, confidence, and pathways to future employment.
At the same time, you'll provide leadership and support to Trade Overseers, fostering a positive team culture and driving operational excellence within your business unit.

Plumber – Must possess trade qualifications in Plumbing and hold current NSW Fair Trading Plumbing Contractor Licence or Qualified Supervisor Certificate.
Certification in TMV, Backflow and Gas.
Current Certificate III in Correctional Practice or capacity to complete within specified timeframes
Current NSW Drivers Licence and preparedness to drive to locations as required
Must participate in an on call rotational roster
Experience Required
Demonstrated experience relevant to the role, with the ability to meet the key accountabilities and focus capabilities outlined in the role description.
Demonstrated expertise in industrial and domestic plumbing
