Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.

- Engage with customers to take drink and food orders, providing recommendations and ensuring timely service.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of bar supplies and cleaning equipment.

- Monitor customer consumption and adhere to responsible service of alcohol guidelines.

- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and communication during peak hours.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.

- Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends, and beverage offerings.

- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve bartending skills and product knowledge.

- Robust knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.

- Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations in Australia.

Qualifications:

- Previous bartending experience preferred, but not mandatory (entry-level positions available for those willing to learn).

- RSA certification is required (Responsible Service of Alcohol) in accordance with Australian regulations.
n
- High school diploma or equivalent.
n
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
