We're looking for an organised and proactive
Administration Officer
to become a valued member of our small, friendly team. If you enjoy variety, like taking ownership of your work and thrive in a quick-paced office, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing n
Your role will include a variety of administrative duties, including:
n

General office administration
n
Data entry and maintaining accurate company records
n
Updating registers, spreadsheets and databases
n
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
n
Managing emails and general correspondence
n
Assisting with social media content and company updates
n
Filing and document control
n
Providing administrative support to management
n
Assisting with day-to-day office operations as required
n
n
No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who is adaptable, organised and enjoys being part of a busy small business.
About you n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Previous administration experience (2+ years preferred)
n
Experience working in a small business environment
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
High attention to detail
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
n
The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
n
Highly regarded but not essential:
n
n
Experience with Xero
n
Experience in the construction industry
n
Experience maintaining compliance documentation, registers or project records
n
Experience managing company social media platforms
n
