What You'll Do

Be the go-to leader for a passionate team of carers and clinicians
n
Deliver high-quality, values-aligned care directly to clients in their homes
n
Champion clinical excellence, safety, and compassion in every visit
n
Guide and mentor staff to help them thrive in their roles
n
Collaborate across teams to streamline service delivery

What You Bring
n

You are a powerhouse clinician who leads with empathy and thrives on helping others grow. You care deeply about your clients, your team, and creating systems that work better for everyone.

You'll need:

AHPRA – RN registration
n
At least 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership, community nursing or senior care role
n
A passion for empowering others and creating positive change
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Confidence in balancing hands-on care and team oversight
n
