Our client is a respected public sector organisation committed to delivering high-quality services to the community. They are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to support a wide range of communication and engagement initiatives through effective visual storytelling and design excellence.

The Role
n
As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating professional and visually engaging materials across multiple channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will manage competing priorities while producing high-quality creative assets that align with branding and communication objectives.

Responsibilities
n
n
Design and produce a variety of print and digital communication materials.
n
Develop creative assets including advertisements, brochures, flyers, signage, publications, and digital content.
n
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timeframes.
n
Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring accuracy in colour management and specifications.
n
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers throughout the design and production process.
n
Contribute creative concepts and visual solutions that enhance audience engagement.
n
Ensure all materials meet organisational branding and quality standards.
n
Support the delivery of communication and marketing initiatives across various platforms.
n

Requirements
n
n
Qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
n
Demonstrated experience in a graphic design role with a strong portfolio of work.
n
Proven experience producing digital and print-based communications.
n
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
n
Robust understanding of artwork preparation, print production processes, and colour management.
n
Exposure to motion graphics and digital animation concepts.
n
Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
n
Ability to work collaboratively while also managing tasks independently.
n
Current Class C Driver's Licence.
n
Valid Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one.
