Your role will be integral to supporting our online sales team as we take the company to the next level.

Qualifications & Experience
n

Previous experience in sales or customer support
n
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels
n
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
n
Proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions
n
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess information quickly, problem-solve,



and think strategically
n
Commitment to continuously enhancing both external and internal customer satisfaction
n
Proficiency in Google Suite
n
Experience with stock inventory management and CRM systems
n
Background in the Audio-Visual industry preferred
n
Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
n

Tasks & Responsibilities
n

Responding to and following up on customer emails promptly
n
Processing quotes, sales, and customer returns efficiently
n
Maintaining and updating comprehensive customer databases
n
Serving as a liaison between customers and our warehouse and service departments
n
Managing and fulfilling customer requests with attention to detail
n
Collaborating across various departments to ensure consistently high levels of customer service
n
Providing essential support to our sales and management team members
