opportunity for a skilled and motivated Facility & Grounds Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Burnie.

As a
Facility &Grounds; Maintenance Assistant
the successful applicantwill:
n
n
Provide hands on support to Maintain the grounds of our consumers at the Facility, Independent Living Units and Rental Properties.
n
Work as a member of the gardening and maintenance team to ensure that quality service is delivered whilst accommodating consumer choice
n
Undertake administrative duties associated with the role such as; invoices and work requests
n
action all maintenance requests and maintain accurate records of work to meet audit and compliance requirements
n
Follow and adhere to OneCare standards, plans and guidelines.
