About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality clinical and personal care to our residents.
Working closely with Registered Nurses and the broader care team, you will support residents' health, wellbeing, and quality of life while contributing to a positive and welcoming environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering safe and compassionate resident-focused care.
Assisting with clinical assessments, documentation, and care planning.
Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting clinical changes.
Supporting medication administration in line with scope of practice.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
Building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current
AHPRA registration
as an Enrolled Nurse.
Minimum
1.5 years of Enrolled Nurse experience
.
A genuine passion for aged care and resident wellbeing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
Current National Police Certificate.
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
