Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service seeks a Pharmacist (HP3) to deliver evidence-based clinical services in Rockhampton.
The role includes medication reconciliation, inpatient chart reviews and therapeutic drug monitoring within a multidisciplinary team.
Registration with AHPRA is mandatory and a Pharmacy degree is required.
You will engage in consultant ward rounds, provide education to students, and participate in ongoing career development in a supportive regional hospital
