You'll steer lunch and dinner service, drive guest satisfaction, and be the face of the pub when the boss is away, across the bistro, sports bar, gaming room and hotel rooms.
This hands-on role includes lifting tasks and must hold RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence to meet state requirements.
