An insurance-backed legal platform with a national footprint is expanding its Melbourne presence and is looking to appoint
two lawyers at different stages of their careers:

Special Counsel – Professional Indemnity (with personal injury exposure)

n
Junior Lawyer / Associate – 1–4 PQE (Personal Injury focus)
n
n
n
This is not a traditional private practice setting. The structure is designed so lawyers can concentrate on litigation, strategy and client outcomes — without fee budgets, billing pressure or business development expectations.

The Practice

The team handles a steady pipeline of:

Professional indemnity disputes spanning a range of professions
n
n
n
Personal injury and liability claims
n
n
n
Litigated matters across multiple jurisdictions
n
n
n
Advisory work requiring strategic and commercial judgement
n
n
n
Lawyers are closely involved in matters from commencement through to resolution, including court appearances and direct engagement with insured clients.
