Job Description
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Customer Success Specialist to partner with healthcare leaders across Australia and Recent Zealand, helping hospitals and universities maximise the value of UpToDate, LexiDrug, Expert AI.

Reporting to the APAC Customer Success Manager, you will lead onboarding, drive adoption, support retention, and serve as a trusted advisor. This permanent, full-time role is based in Melbourne with a hybrid 3 days from home.
