What You'll Be Responsible For

You'll take ownership of a defined territory and be responsible for
n
Winning new customers and growing market share
n
Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
n
Developing long-term relationships with dairy, beef and sheep producers
n
Growing profitable revenue while protecting margin
n




Understanding each customer's production system and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
n
Working alongside our Nutrition & Technical Services team to deliver practical feeding solutions
n
Using Dynamics CRM to manage opportunities, forecasts and customer relationships.
n
Collaborating with Mill Managers and Operations to ensure we consistently deliver on our promises.
n
You'll spend far more time on farms than behind a desk-and that's exactly how we like it.
