Quest Midland is a 102 room property seeking a Guest Services Agent on a full-time basis to handle front office reception, guest inquiries, and reservations. You will promote accommodation sales, ensure accurate data capture, and assist guests with check-in/check-out while maintaining a smooth reception operation.
