Across both roles:

Maintain high standards of cleanliness across equipment, work areas and guest spaces.
n
Follow venue systems, opening and closing checklists, and daily procedures.
n
Support your teammates and take initiative when something needs doing.
n

As a Front of House Host:
n
n
Welcome guests warmly and help them feel at home THORUGHOUT ALL EXPEIRENCE: COMO PRINCIPIO A FIN

Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately to guests' tables.
n
Check in on guests throughout their visit.
n
Clear, reset and sanitise tables efficiently to keep service flowing.
n

As a Kitchen All-Rounder:
n
n
Support food preparation and service, following recipes and quality standards.
n
Keep dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment clean and ready for use.
n
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
n
Help keep the kitchen organised and stocked throughout service.
n
n
