Synergie is seeking a Production Operator for a global paint manufacturer located in Clayton.
The important parts: n
n
Immediate start
n
Monday to Friday with potential Saturday
n
Day shift: 6am – 2pm (must be
flexibleforovertime)
n
Pay rate: $*****p/h, will increase to $***** after 8 weeks of training.
n
Opportunity for permanent conversion to the right individual
n
What you will be required to do: n
n
Operate and monitor automated production and mixing equipment up to 20kg
n
Assist with colour matching, batching, and quality checks
n
Perform labelling, filling, and packaging of paint products
n
Carry out machine calibration, cleaning,



and changeovers
n
Maintain a clean and secure work environment throughout all stages of production
n
To be successful in the role you will: n
n
Previous manufacturing experience in food, chemical or pharmaceutical.
n
Ability to clear police check and drug & alcohol assessments.
n
Physically fit, lifting up to 20kg when required.
n
Have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions (No Student or Working Holiday VISAs)
n
Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work.
n
Forklift license highly regarded.
