Anthony & Sam Freedman Racing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Ground Staff Member to join our team at our private training facility, Pinecliff.

About the Role n
The successful applicant will assist with the daily care and management of horses while helping maintain the high standards expected within a leading racing stable.
n
This role is suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with horses and can work efficiently within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Saddling and unsaddling horses.
n
Rugging and general horse care.
n
Walking horses and assisting with horse movement throughout the stable.
n
Cleaning boxes and maintaining stable presentation.
n
Feed preparation and feeding duties.
n
Assisting with veterinary and farrier visits as required.
n
General stable maintenance and housekeeping.
n
Ensuring high standards of horse welfare are maintained at all times.
n
Essential Requirements n
n
Previous horse handling experience preferred.
n
Good horsemanship skills and confidence around horses.
n
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
n
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
n
Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
n
Valid Australian working rights.
n
