We're looking for a
people-focused Team Leader
to support a local team of participants and support workers in Perth.
About the Role n
This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the day-to-day coordination of a local team delivering disability support in the community.
n
You'll work closely with participants, families, and support workers to ensure services run smoothly, safely, and in line with participant goals. The role combines
people leadership, rostering, coordination, and problem solving
, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
n
This role is well suited to someone with experience in disability services who enjoys coordinating teams and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Support and guide a team of participants and support workers within your local area
n
Coordinate day-to-day rostering and scheduling to ensure participant needs are met
n
Build positive relationships with participants and their families
n
Provide coaching, feedback, and day-to-day support to support workers
n
Ensure support plans and key documentation are current and understood by staff
n
Respond to incidents, changes,
or challenges in a timely and professional manner
n
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new support workers
n
Maintain accurate records of participant interactions and team communications
n
Work closely with senior leaders on service improvements and team development
n
About You n
You're someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping teams succeed.
n
You may have experience as a
Support Worker, Team Leader, or in a coordination or rostering role
, and you're ready to take the next step in your career.
n
