About the Role n
Commencing Term 1, ****, you will plan and deliver engaging Systems Engineering learning experiences while contributing to pastoral care and whole‐school initiatives.

Deliver Systems Engineering curriculum (including robotics, electronics, 3D modelling)
n
Plan lessons, assessments and learning sequences aligned to requirements
n
Use evidence‐based strategies to engage diverse learners
n
Track progress and provide clear,



meaningful student feedback
n
Participate in learning area meetings, PLT sessions and
interviews/reporting
n
Contribute to student wellbeing and maintain a child‐safe learning environment
n
Skills and Experience n
n
Current VIT registration and relevant teaching qualifications
n
Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering curriculum and practical delivery
n
Confidence designing engaging, curriculum‐aligned learning experiences
n
A cooperative approach and strong relationship‐building skills
n
Commitment to child safety, professionalism, and contributing to school culture
n
