About the role n
As aTest Analyst, you will be an integral part of a high-performing testing and quality assurance team responsible for validating highly integrated, business-critical platforms.

TheGaming Monitoring platformsupports critical monitoring, financial transaction processing, regulatory controls and compliance functions across more than25,000 gaming machines throughout Victoria.
n
Integrated with the Monitoring
platform,YourPlayis
a state-wide pre-commitment solution that enables players to set limits, track their gaming activity and make more informed decisions about their play — helping foster a safer and more responsible gaming environment.

You will work across complex systems, integrations, interfaces and business processes, ensuring that solutions meet functional, technical, regulatory and operational requirements before they are introduced into a live environment.

Key Responsibilities: n
Develop and executeend-to-end test plans, scenarios and test cases
n
Performfunctional, non-functional,



regression, system and integration testing
n
Testgaming, jackpots, loyalty, TITO, CBC, MVLJA and pre-
commitmentfunctionality
n
Testweb applications and user interfaces
n
Perform API, integration and interoperability testing across integrated systems
n
SupportUAT, certification and compliance testing
n
Maintaintest evidence, requirements traceability and defect documentation
n
SupportBAU releases, troubleshooting and technical issue investigation
n
Identify improvements acrosstest coverage, system quality, usability, security and processes
n
Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organisation. A positive, can-do attitude, combined with a commitment to reliability, performance, and continuous improvement, will be key to your success in this role.
We would love to hear from you if you have: n
5 years + experience as a Test Analyst
n
Tertiary qualification inComputer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
n
Solid experience insoftware testing, quality assurance and ICT environments
n
Experience inmanual and/or automated system testing,



including integrated embedded systems and back-office applications
n
Experience testingweb-based applications and user interfaces
n
Strongtechnical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify and investigate issues to support Development teams
n
Strong understanding ofcommunications protocols, with the ability to learn and apply gaming protocols such asQCOM, GSA and SSI
n
Experience withTCP/IP, HTTP, FTP and serial communications
n
Technical skills acrossWindows, Linux/UNIX, scripting and test automation tools, including Shell, Perl, Python or similar
n
Exposure to thegaming industry and regulatory environmentsis desirable but not essential
n
Excellent verbal and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative setting
n
Disciplined approach to processes and the ability to work collaboratively
