Dental 99 isn't your traditional dental practice. We're a tech-driven, patient-obsessed brand redefining what modern dentistry looks like - and we need a Clinic Coordinator who thinks the same way.

Based at our Monash clinic in Melbourne, this is a hands-on practice management role for someone who's equally comfortable jumping on a live chat, reading a revenue report, and making sure every patient walks out smiling.
What you'll be doing: n
n
Managing the full patient experience - from first digital touchpoint through to checkout
n
Monitoring and responding to live chat enquiries in real time, converting leads into booked appointments
n
Owning clinic KPIs - tracking revenue, managing budgets, and reporting on performance
n
Scheduling and optimising the appointment calendar to maximise clinic efficiency
n
Coordinating the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and care
n
Maintaining accurate patient records across our practice management software
n
Identifying opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and patient satisfaction
n
Acting as the operational hub of the clinic - nothing runs without you
n
What we're looking for: n
n
Experience in a practice management, operations, or clinic coordinator role - dental or healthcare preferred
n
Digitally savvy - comfortable with live chat platforms, patient management software, and digital reporting tools
n
Commercially minded with an understanding of revenue targets, budgets, and KPIs
n
A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and improve processes
n
Excellent communicator - warm and professional with patients, explicit and decisive with the team
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
