Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with prospective members via phone, email, and in-club enquiries
n
Conduct professional club tours and consultations
n
Present and sell TotalFusion memberships and services with confidence and integrity
n




Follow up leads and manage your sales pipeline effectively
n
Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the TotalFusion brand
n
Achieve individual and team sales targets
n
Support club activations, events, and promotional campaigns
n
Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a seamless member experience
n

About You:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness/wellness industry (preferred but not essential)
n
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
n
Results-driven with a positive, proactive attitude
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Comfortable working flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
