About the Role n
As Events Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating and leading event operations while maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
Key responsibilities include: n

Supervising and coordinating staff during events
n
Ensuring events are set up, executed and packed down to a high standard
n
Leading by example and providing hands‐on support during service
n
Briefing and allocating staff to ensure smooth operations
n
Liaising with clients, guests, kitchen teams, management and suppliers
n
Maintaining high food,
beverage and service standards
n
Managing event timelines and responding effectively to operational issues
n
Monitoring venue presentation, cleanliness and safety
n
Assisting with staff training and development
n
Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally
n
Completing event checks and ensuring operational requirements are met
n
About You n
You'll be a confident hospitality professional with a passion for events and exceptional service.
To be successful, you'll have: n
n
Previous experience in an Events Supervisor or similar hospitality leadership role
n
Experience coordinating corporate and social events
n
Strong customer service and organisational skills
n
The ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy setting
n
Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
n
A calm and professional approach under pressure
n
High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
n
A current RSA Competency Card
n
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
n
