The Opportunity n
You will play a key role in delivering both compliance and business services, while managing your own client work and building strong client relationships.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns
n
Preparation of SMSF financial statements and annual returns
n




Independently completing jobs ready for manager review
n
Identifying tax risks and non-compliance issues
n
Assisting with the preparation of practical tax and business advice
n
Providing business services to a diverse range of clients
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
Working closely with managers and the wider team to deliver quality client outcomes
n
About You n
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
n
n
3–5 years' experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm
n
Strong technical tax and business services knowledge
n
Hands-on experience preparing SMSF financial statements and annual returns
n
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
n
Experience using Xero and Xero Practice Manager
n
Experience with BGL Simple Fund 360 and NowInfinity would be advantageous
n
Mandarin speaking, reading and writing skills are preferred but not mandatory
n
A proactive attitude with the ability to build strong client relationships
n
