About the role
n We're seeking an Asset Manager to oversee asset reliability, customer relationship and operational performance of Jord Asset(s) at a designated site(s)
n
n
n
n
What you'll do
n
n
n
n
Act as the primary point of contact to ensure high client satisfaction by proactively managing communications, resolving concerns, and maintaining professional engagement.
n
n
Identify and validate leads for spare parts, services, and recent projects, while managing the end-to-end proposal process to maximize order conversions.
n
n
Oversee day-to-day site operations and equipment performance to meet SLAs, ensuring safety compliance, technical issue resolution, and team development.
n
n

What you'll bring
n
n
n
n
Possesses a background in Engineering or a relevant trade
n
n
Requires an engineering degree with specific,



highly-regarded experience in filtration processes (concentrate, tailings, and paste).
n
n
Offers 3–5 years of experience in site operations or asset management, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and a commitment to asset excellence.
n
n
Demonstrates strong interpersonal problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach, with the flexibility to travel and work on-site as required.
n
n
Must have Australian work authorisation as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
n
