Sails Lavender Bay is currently recruiting for Waiter / Drinks Waiter to join our friendly and motivated team.
n
Sails Lavender Bay, McMahons Point is located on the water overlooking the harbour with stunning views of the city and the harbour bridge.
n
Some of your main duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
n
n
Setting and arranging tables
n
Taking reservations, greeting customers and taking orders
n
Recommending dishes and wines to complement food
n
Take orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
n
Serving food and beverages
n
Collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers
n
n
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
n
n
Certificate III in Hospitality and/or at least ******* months experience;
n
Ability to multi-task, to work in a rapid-paced environment and remain calm under pressure;
n
Reliable, punctual and trust worthy;
n
High standard of personal presentation and hygiene;
n
Must work well in a team environment;
n
Positive attitude and passion for cooking;
n
Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements;
n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
n

Salary Package: $80,000 to $90,000 plus Super depending on qualifications and experience.
