Greencross Vets GP + Urgent Care Noosa is looking for a Hospital Manager to lead the operational success of our growing hospital.
n
Working closely with our Veterinary Director and leadership team, you'll drive performance, develop people, shape culture, and ensure an exceptional experience for our clients and patients.
n
Our unique GP + Urgent Care model provides same-day veterinary care for pets who can't wait for their regular veterinarian, bridging the gap between general practice and emergency care. With extended hours, modern facilities, and a passionate team, no two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing n
n
Lead, coach, and develop our nursing, client care, and support teams
n
Build a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture
n
Drive operational excellence across our GP and Urgent Care services
n
Manage rostering, workforce planning, and day-to-day hospital operations
n
Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development
n
Monitor key performance metrics and support hospital growth
n
Partner with clinical leaders to deliver outstanding patient and client outcomes
n
Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflow, and efficiency
n
Ensure teams have the support and resources they need to provide exceptional care
n
About You n
You may be an experienced Practice Manager ready for a larger leadership opportunity,



or an operational leader from veterinary, healthcare, or another medical-based environment.
You'll Bring: n

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong people management and coaching skills
n
Experience with rostering, workforce planning, and operational performance
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
