About the Role:
Mile End Bagels is looking for reliable, switched‐on all‐rounders to join our team. We're an established, fast‐paced, quality‐focused bagel shop delivering wood‐fired bagels and specialty coffee.
n
You'll be part of the front‐of‐house team, brewing consistent specialty coffee, building bagels to standard, and delivering warm customer service.
We want someone who: n

is keen to learn, improve, and grow into a leadership role
n
has hospo experience (preferred but not essential)
n
is a clear communicator and works well in a team
n
takes initiative, is calm, reliable, and quick on their feet
n
Takes pride in positive service and clean work
