About Gaza Ridge Health Centre n
The Gaza Ridge Health Centre is located on Gaza Ridge South at Bandiana near Wodonga. The Albury Wodonga Military Area consists of 3 barracks and is home to the Army's Logistic Training Centre, Joint Logistics Unit Victoria and Schooling in various areas. This is a large base providing services to over **** Defence Force members. The health centre provides primary medical, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health, and pharmaceutical care. There is also a 20-bed low dependency ward which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The standard operating hours are 07:*******:30 Monday – Friday (depending on role requirements and specific craft groups required for weekend and on-call shifts).

Experience in an acute healthcare setting or primary medical setting is preferred.
n
This role is primarily Monday to Friday (day shift) within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
n
After-hours, weekend and on-call shifts may be required depending on role requirements and base location.
n
This is a full time role.
What You'll Do n
n
Deliver nursing care to Defence personnel under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
n
Provide outpatient care, and where required support inpatient care within a health centre or hospital setting
n
Administer medications (where endorsed) in line with legislative requirements and clinical protocols
n
Assist with patient assessments, treatment plans and health promotion activities
n
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, productive and high-quality care
n
What You Bring n
n
Current unconditional and unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)
n
Minimum two years' post registration nursing experience in acute care, primary healthcare or similar setting within the last five years
n
Medication endorsement (if applicable to role requirements)
n
Commitment to clinical governance, infection control and high-quality patient care
n
Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
n
Australian Citizenship required (baseline security clearance)
n
Commitment to CPD and ongoing professional development
n
