We're looking for a Senior Support Technician to become the trusted technical partner for one of our major mining customers in Perth. This is a unique role that combines technical expertise, customer engagement, product sourcing, quoting, project coordination, and hands‐on workshop support.
n
You'll work closely with key stakeholders, helping identify solutions, develop hydraulic kits, source components, improve efficiencies, and keep critical mining equipment operating at its best.
n
You'll spend time both in branch and in office, building strong customer relationships and becoming the go-to person for technical support and solutions.
n

About the person n
We're looking for someone who combines both technical capability and a customer-first attitude.
You will ideally have: n
n
5+ years' hands‐on experience in the hydraulic hose and fittings industry
n
Experience manufacturing hoses and working with hydraulic systems
n
Outstanding customer service and relationship‐building skills
n
Mining industry experience (advantageous but not essential)
n
Strong attention to detail and a passion for getting things right
n
An current Australian Driver's Licence
n
