n
This opportunity is suited to a construction professional with strong project delivery experience who enjoys managing projects from planning through to completion and working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.

THE ROLE n
n
Lead projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring quality, programme and cost outcomes are achieved.
n




Establish project teams, responsibilities, systems and delivery processes at project commencement.
n
Lead project teams and coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers throughout delivery.
n
Manage client relationships, project meetings and key stakeholder communications.
n
Oversee procurement, tendering, subcontractor selection, scopes of work and commercial commitments.
n
Manage variations, progress claims, EOTs, NODs, subcontractor accounts and contractual requirements.
n
Monitor project programmes, identify risks and implement recovery actions where required.
n
Oversee design coordination, shop drawings, RFIs, approvals and design issues.
n
Ensure quality assurance, safety and project compliance requirements are maintained.
n
Support site operations and work closely with the Site Manager to ensure smooth project delivery.
n
Manage project documentation, reporting and financial tracking through to completion.
n
Lead practical completion, handover, final accounts and project closeout.
n
YOU n
n
7–10 years' experience in commercial construction with full project lifecycle delivery experience.
n
Proven experience as a Project Manager managing commercial construction projects.
n
Strong contract administration, procurement and financial management skills.
n
Confident leading project teams, subcontractors, consultants and client stakeholders.
n
Strong understanding of project programming, risk, quality and safety management.
n
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
n
Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent qualification.
n
Procore experience highly regarded, with strong Microsoft Project and Excel skills.
