Job Description
The Disability Trust in Current South Wales is seeking a Disability Support Worker to assist clients across Cooma, Bombala, Jindabyne and Berridale.
You'll provide person-centred support in home and community settings, helping participants build independence and participate in activities.
This role requires flexibility for 24/7 rosters including overnight sleepovers,morning/afternoon/eveningshifts, and occasional weekends.
