Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, specialty drinks, and food items in accordance with company standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.

- Engage with customers to provide a friendly and inviting experience, taking orders and offering recommendations.

- Operate coffee equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working order.

- Manage cash register, process payments, and handle accurate cash transactions.
n
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving stock, monitoring supplies, and notifying the manager of shortages.

- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance coffee knowledge and barista skills.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive working setting.

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, equipment, and various brewing methods.

- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
