Actas adomainSMEfor Insurance business areas suchasClaims, Policy Administration, Underwriting, Billing, orrelated platforms.
Engagewith RSA business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points,and transformation goals.
Translatebusiness requirements intofunctional specifications, solutioninputs, and backlog items.
Supportsolution definition, process design, and impact analysis for changeinitiatives.
Providedomainguidanceduringdesign, development, testing, and UATphases.
Reviewfunctional designs, user stories, and test scenarios to ensure businessalignment.
Supportproduction issues withbusiness impact analysis and prioritization.
Collaboratewith Architects, Delivery Managers, and Engineering teams to ensuresolutions meet business intent.
Participatein governance forums, workshops, and client discussions as a trustedadvisor.
Domain& Functional Skills (Mandatory)
Strongexperience inGeneral Insurancedomain(preferablyP&C;)

Experienceworking oncore insurance platformsandsurroundingecosystems

Experienceworking closely with.NET / Java / Digital platforms(nocoding required)

Experience & Qualifications
12+yearsoverall experience with5+ yearsinInsurancedomainconsulting
Experienceworking inlarge enterprise / regulated environments
