Esri Australia is seeking a Manager, Customer Success Management to lead the Australian CSM program and drive scalable delivery across the country.
You will oversee the CSM team, embed frameworks and playbooks, and partner with Sales to advance opportunities while demonstrating value from GIS investments.
You will report to the Head of Customer Success, manage practice leads, and shape workforce planning to support growth and operational discipline.
