As part of continued growth and investment in financial capability, the organisation is seeking an FP&A; Analyst to join the team and support key budgeting, forecasting, and analytical activities.
About the Role:
Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, this role will support the FP&A; function across reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
You will work closely with senior finance stakeholders and operational leaders to provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial information.
Supporting month-end reporting, including revenue analysis and P&L; commentary.
Providing ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support to finance leadership and stakeholders.




Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and ongoing forecasts.
Supporting revenue owners and department leaders with financial insights.
Analysing trends, variances, and performance drivers to support business decisions
Working with planning and reporting systems to maintain accurate and reliable data
About You:
You will thrive in this role if you are analytically minded, detail-oriented, and eager to build your FP&A; capability in a cooperative environment.
CA/CPA (or working towards) preferred, with ideally 2-5 years of experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, or a similar analytical role
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with EPM or planning systems
Understanding of revenue recognition and core accounting principles
Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders
A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
