Job Description
Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to develop budgets and forecasts.
Provide insights into business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor financial trends and recommend actionable strategies.
Assist in cost analysis and management.
Support the implementation of financial systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:




A strong background in business partnering and business case modelling.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
Strong understanding of Power BI and reporting optimisation.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
The ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
CA and/or CPA qualification.
What's on Offer
Competitive salary package between $140,000 and $150,000.
Flexible working arrangements with a 3/2 split.
