More about the role We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Manufacturing team at Philips Dynalite.

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a small team for job setup, engraving, assembly, job bookings and overseeing maintenance & calibration of the laser equipment ensuring Quality and Productivity targets are met.
You will also enjoy the opportunity to work in other roles within the Manufacturing area as demand requires including, testing, programming and electronic assembly.

What you'll do
Ensure smooth and effective operation of the Panel production area to meet productivity & quality targets.
Operate all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake standard and complex production tasks safely and in accordance with work instructions as well as operational procedures.
Maintain & report accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed, resolve basic problems, or elevate to the next level more complex problems.
Modifying machine programs to optimize performance and output quality.
Final assembly, Test & Programming of electronic assemblies.
Actively participate in continuous improvements initiatives within a LEAN environment.
Your qualifications
5+ years' experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Cert IV or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics from TAFE or equivalent.
(Desired)
A proactive thinker with experience in leadership, people management & reporting.
Experience working in a manufacturing assembly environment & experience with electronic components and assembly.
Proficient with Microsoft Office package – Word, Excel etc.
Sound communication skills with ability to follow clear instructions and perform a high quality of work.
