Ozcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Sarina Aged Care Facility on a full-time basis.
You will coordinate care plans, perform assessments, and support AN-ACC documentation, ensuring high-quality resident care.
In this role you will supervise Care Assistants, liaise with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team, and contribute to positive outcomes.
Current AHPRA registration, CPR certificate, and influenza vaccination are required; willingness to work a wide-ranging roster
