The Project: Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant
Be part of one of Western Australia's most significant water infrastructure builds.
The Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant (ASDP) will become WA's third seawater desalination facility, initially delivering 50 billion litres of drinking water each year.
What's on offer
Monday to Friday roster, home every night
10 to 11.5 hour days with plenty of overtime
Competitive hourly rates plus daily tool and travel allowances
Work directly under the lead contractor on one of WA's biggest water projects
What we're looking for
Trade-qualified with experience on major construction, water or mining projects
Experience on industrial or process plant builds highly regarded




Ability to read and interpret drawings
Robust safety focus and a team-first attitude
Reliable, punctual and committed for the duration of the project
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
Tickets and Licences
Trade qualification (Cert III) in Boilermaking/Welding, Engineering – Mechanical Trade, or Fitting
High Risk Work Licence (desirable)
White Card - Mandatory
Working at Heights and Confined Space within 2 years - Mandatory
Current Driver's Licence - Mandatory
