You will manage system settings that affect order proposals, including safety stock policy, yield settings and other replenishment attributes.
Day to day you will analyse safety stock for events, review restaurant yields, support trainer, maintain recipe and BOM setups for promotions, correct exception reporting, model the impact of settings changes, and develop planning tools for leadership.
